What To Expect
Step 1- Setup Appointment time and
Date
Call us 305.984.8028 to set up your private 1 hour
portrait session.
(Due to significant demand for our unique portraits, you are
encouraged to book your sitting at least 3-4 weeks in advance.)
Step 2 - Telephone Design Consultation
At this time we will discuss
backgrounds, theme, props, and attire.
We encourage you to be involved in this creative process to
ensure that your portrait will be unique to you and your family.
Step 3 - Portrait Session Day
Relax and enjoy your session.
Sessions are never rushed and will generally take anywhere
from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
This will allow plenty of time for the little ones to have
breaks as needed.
Step 4 - Viewing Appointment
Approximately one to two weeks after
the session you will return to the studio for your private
viewing session. Your images will be projected on a 60"
screen for you to choose and place your order. At this time
we will go through the different package options for your
portraits. Anyone who will be significant in the purchasing
decisions should be present at this session as you will be
placing your order during this appointment. We accept Visa,
Master Card, American Express and personal checks for payment.
A 50% deposit will be collected at this time.
Step 5 - About 4-6 weeks later
Although many studios take over 8 weeks to
deliver prints, we pride ourselves in usually having your
prints ready within 4-6 weeks. Framing, composites and any
other special requests may delay the completion of your order.
'Prints 11x14 and larger will be dry mounted onto fiber based
board and will be ready to frame. We also offer a unique line
of custom framing options.
